About

To change your life, starts with “healing your heart.”  This results in learning how to cope in different and healthy ways which requires a change in your thoughts, feelings and actions.  This necessitates you to examine core beliefs, attitudes and outlook.  To become more healthy you will unlearn negative ways and relearn or learn positive resiliency skills.

In this you will ascertain, “It’s not what happens to you it’s the attitude and perspective of how you react to what happens to you.”

I have years of experience helping people find healing and perspective along with getting to the root of their issues and processing them.

As a former Special Agent and Citizen Diplomat for the Department of State, I have an understanding of human behavior and multi-cultural issues. I also studied Middle East Cultures in grad school at UCLA along with experience in the Middle East.

I have worked with diverse community health clientele helping them resolve a variety of issues.  In addition, I have experience counseling US Special Forces, especially after the Afghanistan withdrawal and with Federal Law Enforcement in crisis management.

These experiences have resulted in developing deep empathy and understanding of the impact of trauma in a myriad of diverse populations.
